And it's surprisingly easy. Most of our customers use one of two paths. The first path is taking one of our standard designs and just tweaking it a bit. They could add an additional slide, change the layout to fit their space better or add fun under the tower. They make these changes by calling in or emailing our reps. We provide 2d top-down drawings to help you visualize the changes and updated estimates as the swing set design changes.
The second path is for the dreamers. They start from the ground and truly build out a custom set from the ground up. These dreamers create play masterpieces such as the Hayes Legacy Homestead, the Flag Ship, and the Flannick Set. This level of customization requires a lot of back and forth between our team and the customer, but we love it, they love it, and it's a great time! The end results are stunning!

Once you place your order and deposit, it will be moved to our scheduling team. They will begin working on a delivery date and, in general, will contact you within a week of your order with a date. On delivery day, a trackable link will be sent to your phone, allowing you to monitor the crew as they complete their deliveries.
Once the crew arrives, the crew leader meets with you to discuss where you want the set to go and its orientation. The crew then gets to work, and your swing set or playhouse will be ready to be played on in a few hours. Once finished, the crew lead collects any outstanding payments.
